Capabilities
- 1 ms real-time control — deterministic loop execution for bench control and HiL.
- Built-in EtherCAT master — native fieldbus support for I/O and drive chains.
- 4× CANFD + 2× CAN — real-time bus channels for automotive and industrial networks.
- OPC UA connectivity — clean integration with LDEV-X, SCADA and factory systems.
- Custom & Simulink models — one-click deployment of control models to the target.
- 500-channel logging @ 1 kHz — high-speed capture without an extra data logger.
- Linux-based, ultra-compact — 133 × 46 × 94 mm and only 0.7 kg — fits any bench.

LDRT Workbench
One tool from development to monitoring
The LDRT Workbench desktop suite covers the whole controller workflow:
- Develop — use the built-in AI code agent to develop custom bench control logic.
- Configure — system variables, CAN, EtherCAT, models, logging and test sequences.
- Validate — schema validation before deployment prevents runtime errors.
- Deploy — one-click deployment to LDRTDaq hardware via OPC UA.
- Monitor — real-time variable monitoring with interactive tables and graphs.
AI agent skills
Domain knowledge, built into the agent
Each skill encodes correct schemas, naming conventions and dependency ordering — so the agent produces valid LDRT configurations, not guesses.
System Variables
Define channels, sensors, setpoints and calibration parameters.
Model Config
Wire library modules into signal-processing chains.
Expressions
Create math and logic formulas for computed values.
Logging
Configure data recording with triggers and groups.
List
Build automated step profiles — ramps, sweeps and cycles.
CAN
Set up CAN bus hardware and message definitions.
